Hello Everyone, Today I am going to post about the upcoming Bellevue RE BarCamp. I am guessing if you’re not a real estate professional you do not have any idea of what I am talking about. RE BarCamps have been taking place across the country for just about two years now. BarCamps are free events that are made possible by the vendors who pay a small fee to have their names mentioned at the camps. For anyone who attends the only cost is the cost involved in getting to the venue.

RE BarCamps are real estate industry grassroots events that allow anyone who attends to participate either as a presenter or as a participant. These events allow the freeform discussions on anything related to real estate in the technology arena. Social media, blogging, video, etc. are all topics that have been discussed at past camps. Since the conversations are not being lead by vendors who have a product to sell the conversations can be more direct and transparent. We all share what is working and what does not work as advertised. There will be over 200 local real estate professionals at the Bellevue RE BarCamp. Think about that only 200 in the Puget Sound will attend and it’s free. Is your agent doing everything they can to sell or find your next home?  It’s free why would anyone NOT attend?

If you don’t have trust in your agent to do everything necessary to see your transaction through to completion will you be able to sleep at night?
