What does this mean to you the home buyer? Well if you qualify you will still be eligible to receive a tax credit if you purchase a home by April 30th.2010 (under contract closing can be up to 60 days later)
What does this mean to you the home seller? Depending on how long you have owned your home you might be eligible for a $6,500 tax credit if you purchase a new home by April 30th. 2010.
