It is Friday night sometime before 8pm and I am sitting on the front patio of my listing at 1327 N. Fir St. watching the sunset over Gig Harbor through the clouds. While not a spectacular sunset it is showing me that this home has so much going for it with location and views. I have had two people stop by and both commented that a Friday night open house was a cool idea. Looking forward to watching the sun continue to set and to meeting more people who stop by.
