Leveraging the systems and principles of Tim Ferris who wrote The Four Hour Work Week I hope to be able to build a highly successful real estate practice working four hours a day. I am documenting my business practice with complete transparency. Both my successes and my failures will be examined so that I can fine tune the systems that I am building into my business.
