More than 400 local companies will be available to lend a helping hand with services and products to breathe life into renovations, garden creations or upgrades and other projects. Several of the Northwest’s top landscapers will display the latest in gardening trends in distinctive feature gardens, and The Home Depot comes to the show with multiple “how-to” clinics each day.
Colder weather has arrived, and local companies are ready to assist homeowners in taking advantage of tax credits available for a wide range of energy-saving products, including windows, siding, insulation, roofing and HVAC systems, to name a few.
Show hours are Thursday through Saturday (October 15, 16 & 17) 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday (October 18) 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Admission to the 2009 Tacoma Fall Home & Garden Show® is $8.00 for adults, $6.00 for seniors (62 and older) weekdays only, free (with ID) for American Horticulture Society Members and free to children 12 and under. Weekday discount coupons are available online at www.otshows.com.
The Tacoma Home & Garden show can be a great place to get ideas on how to improve your home to enjoy for yourself or to improve your home for future sale. We hope to be able to stop by this weekend and take a look at the show and get ideas we can share with our clients.
