Initially we were only looking at prices, distance from our jobs, and how much work would be required to make the house move-in-ready. Other than that, we would use online maps and street views to take a look at the neighborhood. Using resources like Redfin, Zillow, and assorted Realty company websites were our mainstays for tracking homes down. You really put a lot of things into perspective for us, like asking us what will we be doing in and around the house, what things will we have, and to think ahead several years. This helped streamline our hunting to get us on-site at houses that were worth our time, money, and trouble. I remember looking for a home, and things really made head-way once we started talking with you!
