		<description>Thanks Andrew for the comment. What sites did you like the best for searches? This is something that I am trying to get a better handle on. What do people like in search sites? And when searching do they want an agent to offer to help? I know everyone is different but, I want more data to help come up with a better more finely tuned service model.</description>

Initially we were only looking at prices, distance from our jobs, and how much work would be required to make the house move-in-ready. Other than that, we would use online maps and street views to take a look at the neighborhood. Using resources like Redfin, Zillow, and assorted Realty company websites were our mainstays for tracking homes down.

You really put a lot of things into perspective for us, like asking us what will we be doing in and around the house, what things will we have, and to think ahead several years. This helped streamline our hunting to get us on-site at houses that were worth our time, money, and trouble.</description>
